What To Do With That Almond Pulp

The almond pulp from making homemade almond milk has a use!

Dry it out in the oven on 250 degrees for a 2-3 hours and blend it in a high powered blender to make almond flour/meal.

It's great in baked good such as cakes and cookies and can be substituted for other flours.
